July is typically the warmest month of the year in England, so we’ll be making the most of that glorious sunshine with 4th July celebrations, trips to a delightful botanical garden and museum and, the highlight of the month, our annual summer garden party. We’ll be transforming Lilliput House into a tropical paradise with our Hawaiian theme – we can’t wait!
July 4th: Guitar entertainment

What? Today we’ll be celebrating American Independence Day with some wonderful foot-tapping guitar tunes from Angus. Join in and sing along or just sit back and enjoy the show!
July 6th: Outing to Poole Quay
Who? Residents, staff and public
What? We’ll be enjoying the fresh sea air as we head over to Poole Quay to enjoy the boats and take in the views before stopping for tea and cake along the promenade.
July 20th: Visit to Compton Acres

What? Compton Acres is set in 10 acres and allows to explore the most exquisite ornamental gardens, such as the Italian and Japanese gardens. Of course, we won’t go home without stopping at the delightful tea rooms for some well-earned refreshments.
July 27th: Lilliput summer garden party

What? Aloha! This is one not to be missed! This year, we’ve chosen a Hawaiian theme to get us in the mood for summer. So, dig out those leis and enjoy a BBQ and non-alcoholic Pimms as you enjoy singing and entertainment by Karen Grant.
